As a certified spiritual director, mentor, and strategic coach, I love nothing more than to come alongside a Catholic woman in her writing journey. 

Writing is one thing; Catholic writing is another. 

Even if your writing isn’t overtly spiritual, you’ll benefit from collaborating with someone who is not only an experienced writer and editor but who also shares your worldview and understands the Catholic lens and landscape.

I currently offer four coaching options:

Writing Life Design Session (2 hrs/$319)

This is where my best strategic coaching self kicks in and I basically become Chip and Joanna Gaines to your in-need-of-structural-support writing life. 

We will:

• Do a run-down of your long-term goals and more immediate projects
• Make an “examen” of your current season of life with all of its opportunities and limitations, both internal and external – from thoughts to time to physical space
• Strategize and Prioritize, keeping your state-in-life and God-given responsibilities central
• Design a workable plan for immediate momentum and sustainable progress

Signature Story Session (2 hrs/$319)

We’ll need all of these two hours because this is where we go deep into your story. You will experience the illumination of someone trained to listen–and listen for specific things–reflecting back to you the power and glory of your own story. 

• I’ll start by defining the key components of a compelling story and what elements we’ll be looking for as we sift through the divinely-authored story of your life.
• After that, I’ll sit back and attune to your story as you share it in-depth.
• We’ll then shape and refine your story, discover the universal truths behind it and get you ready to write your bio, “about me” page, signature talk, testimony, or book project. 

Heads up! This session is not just for writers. Are you a Catholic coach, speaker, influencer, or business leader?  I can help you identify, clarify, and communicate your best brand stories.  There’s nothing like the right story to elevate your presence, your message, and your offerings.

Content Strategy Session (1 hr/$179)

Struggling to nail your niche, master your message, or resonate with your readers? Let’s get clarity about:

• What makes you unique
• 3-4 content pillars you can write about authentically and consistently
• The difference between a point-of-view or “angle” and a topic - and why, especially now, that is so important for a writer
• How to create stellar pillar content
• What supporting content will reinforce your core message.

What should you be writing about? How should you be spending your time, and where should you be sharing your words?

We all have limited time and energy. Let’s get strategic about everything from the topic of your book, articles, blog posts, social posts, lead magnets, and more.

General Writing Coaching Session (1 hr/$179)

6 Months of 1-1 Mentorship for Women Writers (30 min weekly meetings for 6 months/$1879)

Long-term mentorship includes initial weekly 30-minute goal-setting sessions, followed by weekly 30-minute discernment, coaching, and accountability sessions for six consecutive months (26 sessions total).

This is ideal if you are seeking to gain momentum and move the needle forward on big, important goals with Claire’s personal attention and assistance. Look at it as a customized way to gain tremendous clarity and traction.

As a certified Book Publishing Professional, I love mentoring first-time (and veteran) writers on how to become published authors.

 Get Published is a one-hour mentoring session for writers who are looking for guidance, support, and information on how to best move forward with getting their work published.

In this mentorig session we'll meet virtually and discuss:

• Your publishing goals and desires
• The publishing options available to you
• How the publishing process works, including how to:
  • Get your manuscript edited
  • Get your cover designed
  • Get your interior pages designed
  • Get setup for sale in print and ebook format on Amazon
  • Get your author website setup
  • Get a promotional plan in place, including the book launch and beyond
  • Estimated costs for each step
  • Best practices to help you succeed in your publishing goals

Once we've completed our session, a detailed follow-up plan will be provided to you. From there, you'll have the tools you need to take the next steps in your publishing journey.
